The Georgia Career Development Association (GCDA) is a state chapter of the National Career Development Association (NCDA). Members of this growing organization include career development professionals in private practice, community organizations, state government and educational institutions.

GCDA's mission is to promote a greater understanding of the meaning of work and vocation, foster career development over the lifespan, and establish and improve the standards of professional service in the field of career guidance in Georgia.
